Great but Maybe I should have bought the 48" footprint
I bought this for a little horticulture in my basement. I was very pleased with how quickly it arrived and how easy it was to put together. I do recommend having a helper when assembling the tent.Helpful things to know:1. It is hard to find T5 fixtures for 36". I ended up using two 24" fixtures that overlap in the middle. For a while I did use a 36" T5 HO Aquarium light. That worked great but I really needed the light for my fish tank.2. The "drip tray" that it comes with is soft-sided, not stiff.3. Intake vents covered with flaps exist on the right side at the bottom and the across the back at the bottom. No discernible light leaks.4. Like the directions say, unzip EVERYTHING, then put the bottom of the frame in first, then pull the unzipped stuff up over the top. If you miss even one zipper it won't work, as I found out while stretched out like a monkey on a jungle gym.5. There are "pockets" for fans and cords. One at the top has an elbow...

Great but not perfect
Shipping was faster than the estimated time so nothing to complain about there. The box was packaged well enough and the directions for construction were good enough, though a little cut down, like it fills one 8x11 sheet basically. When building the unit, i ran into the only thing that really was a manufacturer defect, one of my top bars is missing a hole for the light hangers so the long support thing for the lights doesn't sit in right, which is a bit annoying and I may drill it myself, not worth returning in any case. Other than the one issue, the tent is great, the exterior material is strong, though a little too ridged as it has still kept a few creases. The interior material works great, amazing reflection and I didn't feel like i was going to tear it when setting the tent up. Even with out using the one semi unusable hanger bar (there are still 3 usable bars i am currently using), the light and fans I have hanging are not really pulling too hard on the frame, its fairly...

Nice Grow Tent
The tent is made from very good quality material. It took me about 10 minutes to put it together. The Tray piece confused me for a second because the instructions make it look like it goes around the frame when it doesn't, the larger portion of tent goes around the frame then the tray sits in the bottom and velcro's to the main tent. The 2 air intake flaps and 3 4" vent / cord holes are very sturdy and are light proof (I zipped myself in to test it). The zippers function well and other than the main zipper zipping from top to bottom instead of the other way around there are no complaints with this product. It fits in my space well and has reduced the temperature in my growing environment dramatically by allowing me to reduce the area my ventilation fan has to cool. After setting it up and allowing it to run for a few days I have considered purchasing another.

Great tent, great value
I am very pleased with this tent. It's sturdy, made of great materials, and is quite reasonably priced. It does suffer from light leakage, and the placement of the ventilation is a bit awkward, but it works great and seems like it will last a long time.To echo was a previous reviewer mentioned, it can be tough to manage heat in this tent. I initially had a 150w HPS light in the tent with absolutely no heat problems whatsoever, but when I upgraded to a 400 watt light the temps climbed to 90F. With adequate ventilation that problem can be overcome, and I'd definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a tent with this kind of footprint. I only gave four stars due to the fact that ventilation options are more restricted in this brand than many other brands, but everything else about it is top-notch.

Affordable meets Great Quality
it does take a moment to acclimate yourself to the directions that come with this tent. i recommend flipping the instructions upside-down so you can see how the frame is supposed to be constructed. great quality and accommodates quite a bit in its 4x4 space. 3 vents, 3 induction/exhaust sleeves. one drawback is mounting your light might take a board on top of the tent to support its full weight, as the ceiling as is does not have much support for lights.easy one-person setup, great construction and materials, keeps light in and blocks light out.Great deal for the price!!!

Great Tent!
It is easy to setup. I set it up by myself with no problems. Great price for the product. I am hanging my 1000w cool tube on the supplied hangars with no problems whatsoever. Very sturdy frame. I Payed on Monday and received on Tues. with expedited shipping! The only problem is that the 3 ducts are all 4" and a 6" duct would have been nice but it is still a great buy. I would highly recommend.

4' x 4' Hydrohut
I was looking for a hydrohut in this size on eBay. I could find lots of them, but this price was better by about $10. I ordered it and it arrived within a week. It's a very nice 'hut -- I have others and this is as good as they get. Nice frame, good connectors and I LOVE the vent sleeves as opposed to the holes/fittings.

Wow, just wow...
You can see and feel the quality here. I just put it together today, but I don't need longer than that. The zippers are like industrial strength. I was really trepedatious after my last purchase of a tent. NIGHTMARE. I was so unhappy with my last one, but that's not why I'm giving this such an excellent review. Pure quality here and the joints aren't crappy welded cheapy metal, they're strong plastic, which is great. There are also 2 middle attachments that add to the sturdiness and are easily adjustable to the width of your hanging reflector. The size is perfect too, not too wide and not too long, just right for the room I have it in. The only problem that I had was that vent holes are 4" and my reflector calls for 6" ventilation ducts. Not really a big problem, I'm just going to have to fashion a make shift adapter for that... so just for your knowledge since I didn't see it posted anywhere. Great product for the price
Just like other's, my tent is very well constructed. A few seams on the vents were weak, but nothing thermal tape couldn't handle. The tent has 3 rectangular vents near the floor. The flaps let in a little light, but not much. They allow for excellent passive airflow. The 3 circular vents are all 6 inches. It's easy to set up, very doable for a tall person, and the canvas is really heavy duty.

Awesome-sauce!
First of all...shipping was nice and fast. The bulk of the weight is the actual Mylar material. The frame is pretty firm. I have a 50 lb. Sun System 2 grow light in mine and it holds fine. May want to secure them with a small screw or something to help them from sliding across the top, but no biggie. Wouldnt hurt to have an extra hand to help with assembly. Took about 30 mins or so total. Zippers are heavy duty and had NO troubles with them. Only light leaks I have are little spots from the vents on the sides and the meeting places of the zippers of course, but its still VERY effective holding light in! Have ours in our basement. Turned all the lights off outside and can hardly tell its there. Holds heat/humidity very well so its easy to control those things with the right equipment. Surprisingly quiet from the outside as well. Overall, for the price compared to some others such as Secret Jardin(very nice as well) I would HIGHLY recommend this. You wont be disappointed. Great for cost!
Heavy duty support rods, heavy duty zippers, There are 4" ducts around bottom and top sides, and a 6" duct on top. Everything is awesome for the cost.However, the seam holding the heavy duty zippers to the nice mylar/waterproof material is rather weak. One of the areas on the bottom by the zipper seam popped, and I had to have my wife sew it up with some military grade thread. If you have this problem, I recommend you do the same, and you will have an awesome tent.Zipper is upside down, but who cares, it does what it's supposed to.

Product Description

Nice tent for the price
So I paid 103 bucks total to have this tent shipped, which was an amaazing deal. The fabric is thick, the zippers are heavy duty, and the frame is durable. A little light leaks out around the edges where the fabric is sewn, but nothing majorly bad. The biggest downside to this tent is that it has 5 INCH EXHAUST/INTAKE HOLES. I just upgraded to an 6" air cooled hood and I am faced with having to cut the openings to size. Overall it's a nice tent, just make sure you're running 4" ducting.

Good Product, Wrong Picture.
Have to start by mentioning that the picture of the item is not what i recieved. That being said, im happy with quality of product, fabric is very thick and appears to be high quality. Frame seems decent, zippers are large and operate smoothly. There's flaps on both sides of all the zippers to block light. Only problem with it is there's only two exhuast outlets and they're both in the same corner of the tent. Should have at least one more on the other side for an inlet. That being said, I think its a great product for the price. Was the cheapest 4x4x7 tent I found that didn't look cheap and flimsy.
